INIZI Introduces the Meri Collection
Inspired by magical Maldives
The Meri Collection, inspired by magical Maldives, is the latest range of designer fine jewellery pieces from INIZI. You will find necklaces, earrings, rings and cuffs that reflect the extraordinarily enchanting and captivatingly beautiful undersea world—from corals and air bubbles to manta rays and turtles.
One of the pieces from this collection, INIZI’s Meri Coral South Sea Pearl Pendant with Blue Sapphires, won the International Award at the 2017 Australian Pearl Jewellery Design Competition.
Another piece, Meri Manta Versatile Sterling Silver Necklace with Citrine and Yellow Sapphires, was a show stopper at Inhorgenta Munich 2018.
The Meri Collection, designed and handmade by Christina, was inspired by her first snorkelling experience which took place in the Maldives.
“I thought I was dreaming when I saw the coral reef in Maldives. I felt like I was going through a magical forest under the sea. Beautiful, lush, colourful and so very peaceful. It was surreal. It was an unforgettable experience for a first snorkelling experience,” Chris recalls.
“Seeing the manta rays up-close was just awe-inspiring. They are truly majestic and magnificent creatures. And so graceful. The Meri Collection is my tribute to the wonders of what I saw and experienced in magical Maldives.”
