Ordering

How do I place an order?

Buying online from INIZI is both safe and easy. Our website is secure and your data is safeguarded. We adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) initiated by the European Union to protect your privacy and ensure security against fraud and malicious activity.

Shop with confidence. Browse our exquisite range of beautifully hand-crafted jewellery. Once you find the piece you would love to have, simply click on the Add to Bag button. This will add the item to your shopping bag. Continue shopping and adding to your bag if you wish to buy more than one item.

To see what you have in your shopping bag at any time, click on the Bag icon in the top right of the screen. This will bring you to the list of item or items in you bag.

You can choose to make changes to your order at this stage—add items, change quantity and apply a coupon if applicable.

Once you have fully made up your mind, click on Proceed To Checkout. This will bring you to the payment page. Here, you will be asked for your credit card information and other delivery-related information. Follow the instructions to complete your order. That’s it.

How do I know if my order has been successfully made?

You will receive an email from us with your order confirmation. If you do not readily see an email from us in your In Box, please check your Spam or Junk folders. If you still do not see an email from us, please email our Customer Service.

How do I measure ring size?

Download our Ring Sizing Guide. Please print at full size after download. Do not shrink or enlarge the printout. The file also contains a ring size measuring cutout that you to need to use to measure the correct ring size needed. We also provide a download link to our ring sizing guide on our rings product pages.

Can I custom order an item?

Yes, we will be happy to work with you for a special customised piece. Please email our Customer Service. You may also use the contact form on our website with “CUSTOM ORDER” as the subject header.

A piece can be customised from our existing designs; perhaps a change in the type or colour of gemstone used or special sizing. In some cases, we can also use a precious metal of your choice. And, of course, if you are after a truly original piece, a one-of-a-kind, we can specially design a bespoke piece for you.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email our Customer Service. This should be done as soon as possible after an order is placed; and certainly before the next working day.

If an item has already been dispatched for delivery, before we receive your order cancellation, the item has to be returned to us. No cancellation will be accepted after an order has been delivered. Please see the FAQ for returned items.

Is it safe to order online at www.inizijewellery.com?

Yes, it is safe to place an order online with us. Payment transactions are secure and your privacy is also safeguarded.

Our website is secure. We do not store financial information on our servers. Payment is made securely through the Payflow payment processing gateway for credit card use or through your PayPal account.

We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a security technology standard to protect online data. All order information sent to www.inizijewellery.com are encrypted. On top of that, we perform multiple security scans.

Our security verification can be seen in our Security Certificate; or click on the SiteLock Secure icon in the footer.

In terms of privacy safeguards, we are committed to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) initiated by the European Union. We have updated our Privacy Policy to more fully reflect the intent and spirit of the GDPR and will continuously review our Privacy Policy disclosures, coverage, standards and procedures to ensure that we are doing all that we can to respect and safeguard the personal information that you have provided us.

We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfilment operations. But we cannot be responsible or held liable for the actions of third-party sites from which you may have been linked or been directed to www.inizijewellery.com.

From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc via email. If you would prefer not to receive these, you may opt out by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of our email or by contacting us through our contact form on our website with “UNSUBSCRIBE” as the subject header.

As web users ourselves, we are well aware of privacy issues and are committed to ensuring that the personal details you provide us on our website (www.inizijewellery.com) remain private and confidential. Payment

How do I pay for my purchases?

You may choose to pay with a credit card or through PayPal. Our online store uses the secure Payflow payment gateway for payment processing. Payflow is an online payment processing service offered by PayPal to online merchants. You do not need a PayPal account to use Payflow with your credit card.

Will I be charged for taxes or duties?

All orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to additional charges based on the recipient’s country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These charges are to be paid by the customer upon delivery or arrival at customs or relevant postal authority.

Shipment

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

All items in stock are shipped the next working day after an order is received. Once shipped, it could take between 3 – 9 working days for delivery of international orders to most major cities around the world. This estimate is based on our standard delivery by Singapore Registered Airmail. You may choose to have your order shipped by international courier companies. Please let us know and we will advise you on shipping costs and delivery times.

All shipments will have tracking numbers. You will be informed of the tracking number.

We offer free delivery by Singapore Registered Mail within Singapore and internationally for orders above US$100.

Please note that shipping may take longer during major holiday seasons like Christmas when postal and courier services handle more than the usual number of deliveries. It would be good if you can decide to make an earlier purchase so that it arrives on time.

Can I track shipment of my purchase?

Yes, all shipments will have tracking numbers. You will be informed of the tracking number.

Return

Can I return my purchase?

We want your shopping experience with us to be smooth and hassle-free. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange or store credit.

Costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer unless your order arrived damaged in transit. Please see the FAQ on purchases damaged in delivery if your purchase arrived damaged.

We will process an exchange only after we have received the returned item and checked that it is in good condition (unworn, undamaged and in original condition). Please note that the tamper-proof security tag on the jewellery must be left intact.

Sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. The same applies to customised and made-to-order pieces. For hygiene reasons, earrings are also not returnable.

How do I return my purchase?

All items returned must be accompanied with our sales invoice and in their original packaging. Please note that the tamper-proof security tag on the jewellery must be left intact. Costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer unless your order arrived damaged in transit.

For your benefit, please ship the item you are returning through a trackable and safe delivery method. INIZI and Blackfrangipani Pte Ltd are not responsible for returned items which are damaged or lost during transit.

My purchase arrived damaged. What do I do?

We take great care in the production of our INIZI brand of jewellery. We also take steps to ensure that your order arrives safely and in good condition. However, sometimes, things do happen.

For items damaged during transit, the original standard shipping cost, if any, will be reimbursed. We will also send you a replacement. You will, however, need to ship the damaged items back to us before we can replace the item.

All items returned must be in their original packaging and accompanied with our sales invoice. Please note that the tamper-proof security tag on the jewellery must be left intact.

For your benefit, please ship the item you are returning through a trackable and safe delivery method. INIZI and Blackfrangipani Pte Ltd are not responsible for returned damaged items which are lost during transit.

To return for exchange an item damaged on arrival, please email our Customer Service. You may also use the contact form on our website with “DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL” as the subject header.

INIZI Jewellery

How do I care for my INIZI jewellery?

INIZI jewellery are made from high-quality materials and will last you a lifetime and beyond. All you need is a little bit of tender loving care to keep them looking good. Please see our INIZI Jewellery Care guide for easy tips on caring for your INIZI pieces.

Has INIZI won any awards?

Yes, INIZI’s Coral brooch/pendant with a South Sea Pearl and blue sapphires won the international award at the Australian Pearl Jewellery Design Competition in September 2017.

INIZI jewellery have also been endorsed in Paris, a major world fashion capital. Several of our pieces were hand-selected by Paris trendspotter, Elizabeth Leriche, two years in a row. The selected pieces were showcased among best-in-show and next season’s design trends at Bijorhca Paris in 2015 and 2016. Bijorhca Paris is a premier international jewellery trade show held in the French capital.
