INIZI by Christina (formerly Blackfrangipani Pte Ltd) is a Singapore-incorporated business that designs and makes designer fine jewellery. INIZI™ is a registered trademark and a brand of jewellery owned by Christina Lim.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
Our Terms and Conditions of Sale are for the benefit of everyone. By proceeding to use this website or by placing an order, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale; and acknowledge and accept that these terms and conditions may change from time to time without prior notice.
Binding Contract
Once an order has been placed and payment made and received, the contract of sale is legally binding.
Legal Age
Only individuals above the age of 18 are allowed to enter into a legal contract. However, due to the nature on online transactions, we are unable to verify the age of buyers. We advise individuals below the age of 18 to get an adult to perform the transaction. We are not liable for consequences of the legality of transactions performed by individuals below 18 years of age.
Making a Change to Your Order
You may make a change or cancel your order within 24 hours of your order; before the order is dispatched for delivery. Please see the FAQ on Can I cancel my order?
Return or Exchange
All INIZI jewellery come with a tamper-proof security tag. This tag must remain intact and be in its original condition for returns to be processed. Once broken or tampered with, the item will be considered non-returnable.
Custom/commissioned pieces are non-returnable. Sale items are also non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
All other items may be returned for exchange or store credit. This also applies to items that arrive damaged. Please see the FAQs on Can I return my purchase?; How do I return my purchase?; and My purchase arrived damaged. What do I do?
All items returned must be in their original packaging and accompanied with our sales invoice. Once again, please note that the tamper-proof security tag on the jewellery must be left intact. We will not accept returns if the tamper-proof security tag is not completely intact or has been tampered with.
Price
Prices listed on our online store are in USD. All transaction payments, including those that are paid for in another currency, will be based on the USD price stated online.
We aim to maintain our prices but retain the right to change these prices when necessary; without prior notice.
Payment
Payment is made safely through Payflow, a secure payment gateway of PayPal. You may pay with a credit card without having to have a PayPal account; or you may pay through PayPal. Please see the FAQ on How do I pay for my purchases?
Delivery and Products Damaged on Arrival
All orders of items in stock will be processed for shipment within the next two working days. While we make every effort to ensure timely and safe delivery of your purchase, there are factors beyond our control. Should a situation arise, we will do our very best to resolve it and make it a pleasure to shop with us. True Representation of Product Images
We strive to provide you with product images that are, as far as is possible, true to life. This is done before we upload images to our site; and then reviewed on site to ensure image representation remains as true to life as possible. But there will always be variations on how these images eventually appear from screen to screen; and from device to device. The state of the device and its screen affect colour and image clarity. User settings for colour and image quality also affect image colour and clarity. The ambient light under which screens are being viewed also have an impact.

INIZI by Christina owns all intellectual property rights relating to INIZI™ and www.inizijewellery.com. All content (product designs, logo, trademarks, text, images, graphics) belong exclusively to INIZI. These works are protected by copyright laws internationally. INIZI™ is a registered trademark owned by Christina Lim. All rights reserved.
You may not use any material from our website without our expressed and explicit permission. Should we grant you expressed and explicit permission for use of any material, you must not use any illustration, photograph or graphic separately from any accompanying text. Also, our status as the authors and owners of all intellectual property on the website must always be acknowledged.
Fraudulent Emails
There have been numerous cases of fraudulent emails purporting to come from legitimate businesses. This happens around the world. Such fraudulent emails typically attempt to get a response from you and may also ask for personal information, including bank account details and passwords.
INIZI by Christina and INIZI™ will never send you an email asking for personal information, bank account information or passwords.
Should you receive such emails, do not click on any link or respond in any way. Send them to your spam or junk folder.
If you receive such an email claiming to be from us, or if you are suspicious, please email our Customer Service.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and all its subsequent variations; and any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, shall be subject to, governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore for every purpose.
Liability
While we make every effort to ensure that your visits and transactions with us are enjoyable, hassle-free and secure, we cannot guarantee that our online store will always function as desired or intended; or that third-party links to and from www.inizijewelery.com are completely safe.
